A shelf is included on the 36" living side that can be removed for easy cleaning. The shelf is 30" wide x 12" deep and approximately 14" off the floor to provide an additional 2.5 square feet of space in the unit.

The separate smaller litter area has a portal door in the back of the unit that can be left open or secured closed for increased capacity.

Unlike other metal latches, the MagnaLatch is quiet, eliminating the stress cats can experience from loud noises. Because it is magnetically triggered, the latch does not jam or stick and can't be forced open from shaking or pulling. Constructed of strong, molded polymer and stainless steel, it won't rust, bind, sag or stain. A key locking version is an available option as well. 

The Fiberglass Cat Suites arrive fully assembled for no hassle set up. They offer easy cleanup and are unaffected by harsh chemicals such as accelerated hydrogen peroxide and quat ammonia.
